Join us in Azimio or wait to Dance to Nthi Ino Ndi Tei after August – Ngilu tells Kalonzo

Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu has called on Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka to come and join them in Azimio La Umoja or else he will sing ‘Nthi Ino ndi Tei’ (the world has no mercy) after the August general elections.

“I want to call on all the leaders from our region to come together and agree to take our people to the next government. Since 2013 we have never been in Government. In the Uhuru government, no one from the Kamba community is negotiating for us at the national level. If you don’t join us, you will sing ‘Nthi ino ndi Tei’ after August,” Ngilu said.

Governor Charity Ngilu hosted Governors Alfred Mutua, Kivutha Kibwana, Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna, Peter Kenneth among other leaders in Mutomo, Kitui County during the opening of the KICOTEC Mutomo Branch.

Ngilu also presided over the opening of Mutomo town administration offices and awarded the first KICOTEC graduands who will be working for the newly opened branch.

Ngilu reiterated that it is high time that the Kamba community should be in the government and not opposition. The leaders drummed support for Azimio la Umoja movement and urged the Kamba community not to be deceived by the wheelbarrow brigade which pretends to understand the challenges of the common Kenyan.

“We as the Ukambani Governors right now we don’t get more money and benefits from the National Government because we are not in the government and that’s why we want to rally behind ODM leader Raila Odinga who will take us to the next government,” said Ngilu.

Ngilu also criticized DP Ruto saying that even President Uhuru saw that endorsing him will make the Kenyans suffer more and that’s why he endorsed ODM leader Raila Odinga.

“Uhuru saw that when he leaves the country to his deputy he will eat it the whole night and leave it with nothing and that’s why I would like to urge my Kitui people to support Raila Odinga the way we have always supported him.” She added.

Ngilu promised Mutomo residents that when Raila gets to power she will ensure that he comes to Mutomo to launch more development projects just the way he opened a water project at Mutomo during his tenure as the Prime Minister.
