There was drama in Wote, Makueni County Friday (7th January). Boda Boda riders from Wote accosted Prof. Emmanuel Mutisya demanding money promised by Deputy President William Ruto when he visited the town.
Prof. Emmanuel Mutisya who is also aspiring to be Makueni Governor in UDA party was forced to flee from a hotel in the town fearing for his life.
The Boda Boda riders could have none of that and began chasing his vehicle heading to Machakos.
Several Kilometers later, the riders gave up as the Professor’s vehicle zoomed into the thin air.
It is not clear whether Deputy President William Ruto honored his promise to give 2 million to small traders in Wote town but the small traders are now demanding the money from Prof. Emmanuel Mutisya.
