12 form four students of Muumandu secondary school and 4 teachers who came into contact with a student who tested positive at the school have been isolated and their samples taken for a Covid-19 test.

According to the school administration, the student who tested positive was taken by medics for isolation at his home in Kee, Kaiti Sub-county Makueni county. He is said to have traveled from Mombasa when the schools recently reopened.
